Just off Edgartown Harbor, in a quiet neighborhood, sits this newly renovated Farmhouse.

The open first floor features living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area has sofa and chair seating, TV, and gas fireplace. Close by is the dining area which is surrounded by windows and has seating for eight.

The bright kitchen has a center prep island and breakfast bar that seats four, commercial stainless appliances, marble counters, and cabinet-fronted refrigerator and dishwasher.

All four bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double marble vanity and glass walk-in shower as well as a private deck with distant harbor views. Another bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the remaining two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall.

The first floor farmers porch has comfortable seating and is a perfect place to relax. The house has been beautifully landscaped and is steps to an easement on Edgartown Harbor and only a few short blocks from the center of town with restaurants, shops and art galleries.
