This spacious and well appointed Katama home has something for everyone. Situated on the bike path, Main Street is less than a mile away and South Beach is under two miles.
The kitchen is well stocked and has counter seating for two. The dining room is close by with comfortable seating for eight. There are multiple areas to socialize on the main level. Watch TV in the living room or gather for more intimate conversation in the den. The screened porch is ideal for morning coffee or after dinner drinks with friends.
There are four bedrooms and all are ensuite. The primary bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed, TV and French doors that open to the backyard. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor.
The best is yet to come when you step outside. Relax in the hot tub, cool off in the pool, or soak up the sun in a lounge chair. As evening approaches, dine under the stars. The fun continues into the night with stories around the firepit.

Pool is heated to 79 degrees and is included in rental rate in July and August. Pool is 3 feet in the shallow end and 6 feet in the deep end.
