On the other side of the fireplace wall is the dining room, which has a walnut table with seating for eight and is framed with windows and French doors that look out towards the Lagoon. Just off the dining room there is a large screened porch that is comfortable for all seasons and has screens that are interchangeable with glass for cooler off-season nights.

The first-floor primary bedroom boasts a private ensuite bathroom and large bay windows. There is also an additional bedroom with ensuite bathroom and an office with a sleeping area located on this floor. The second-floor primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom as well as a private deck with chairs that look out over the Pond. All the bathrooms have unique marble and stone floors and showers.

Multiple glass doors on the first level lead out to the large bluestone patio with table and chairs and a gas grill for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is an additional outdoor living area with a sofa and chairs, that can host up to 16 people. The patio can accommodate a free-standing tent and would be an ideal spot for a special event. The spacious backyard is professionally landscaped and maintained with blooming gardens that provide color throughout the summer.

There is easy access to launch a kayak or a paddleboard from this home.
