Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Edgartown Village, this small and private compound has a renovated main house as well as a guest cottage.

The main house has an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The living area has sofa seating, TV, and a fireplace. The dining area has a table with seating for six, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar that can accommodate two. Off the dining area is a door that opens to the back patio, which has a table and chairs for six and a gas grill. The property is well landscaped and has an abundance of mature plantings for additional privacy.

One of the four bedrooms is on the first floor and uses a shared full bathroom in the hall. The other three bedrooms are on the second floor and share a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

On the lower level, there is a media room with a large TV and sectional seating. Washer and dryer are located here as well.

The bright and airy guest cottage suite is just off the side of the patio and has a queen bed, full bathroom, TV, and a small refrigerator.

This cozy cottage compound is just a short walk or bike ride away from downtown Edgartown.
