Down Harbor Waterfront Home

This waterfront compound has views of Katama Bay from most rooms and a boardwalk that directly connects the property to a private association beach.

The first floor has an open layout with a far wall enclosed in windows to showcase the view. The formal living area has comfortable seating and a wood fireplace. There is another family room close by with additional seating and a TV. The dining area is encased in windows and has seating for 10. The gourmet kitchen has been thoughtfully redone with quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a large prep area/breakfast bar with seating for four. Off the kitchen, doors open to the large mahogany deck with plenty of table and chair seating, perfect for outdoor dining and entertainment.

There are four bedrooms in the main house. One is located on the first floor and an additional two are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a sitting area with water views and a deluxe bathroom with shower and soaking tub in front of a large window that looks out over the Bay.

The newly renovated lower level features a living room with TV, bedroom, and bathroom.
The carriage house has a sleeping loft with four twin beds and a bathroom.

Conveniently located close to the water and the bike path, this home has a large yard with mature plantings and professionally maintained grounds. Just a short stroll away is the Down Harbor Association beach.
