The newly constructed stylish three-bedroom home features open concept living and hardwood floors throughout. The main level of the house is spacious and bright. The kitchen offers counter seating, coffee bar, and gas stove. The dining area seats six. The kitchen overlooks the living area with a TV and gas fireplace. Off the living room is a screened porch – an ideal spot for sipping morning coffee or relaxing on a warm summer night.
Rounding out the first floor is a washer and dryer and a half bath.
Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and TV. The deluxe bathroom has a double vanity and walk in shower. Two bedrooms share a hall bath. There is a workspace at the top of the stairs with a small desk.
A spacious grassy yard sits between the two homes.
The cozy two-bedroom guest cottage features a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer. Sliders off bedroom #1 lead to the deck.
The large deck has gas grill, dining table, and casual seating.
Cool off and grab a quick dip in the pool. The pool is 10 x 15 and heated to 82 in July and August. An additional surcharge of $250 is applied in June and September.
Both homes have an outdoor shower.
