French doors lead out to the deck with lounge area seating and dining. Sit back, relax and enjoy the comings and goings of the procession of sailboats that grace the harbor every day.

One of the three bedrooms is located on this level with a queen bed, walk in closet and full bath.
Two bedrooms are found on the lower level. The primary ensuite bedroom has a king bed, glass walk in shower and door that opens to a wraparound deck. The other bedroom has a queen bed and shares a hall bath.

At the end of the hall is a study/ den with TV and water views. Doors open to the deck where there is additional seating and a porch swing.

There is also a wet bar area with a small refrigerator, extra storage, and washer and dryer. The harbor level of the home is accessed from here. On the harbor level is a grill and table and chairs for dockside dining and entertaining.

All that Edgartown Village has to offer with its shops, galleries and restaurants is just blocks away.

Parking for the Light House is shared. There are two designated spots.
