This Classic Colonial in Katama has recently been completely renovated with new furniture, paint, floors, and decor throughout.
The bright living room has a media center, sofa seating, vaulted ceilings, and French doors that lead out to the stone patio. The formal dining room has seating for 8. The chef’s kitchen has a prep island/breakfast bar with seating for three, stainless and cabinet fronted appliances, and soapstone countertops. On either side, the kitchen opens to the front yard or back patio. This floor also includes a casual den, a laundry area, and a full bath.
All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a private work area, a deck that overlooks the side and back yard, and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall.
Outside, the large bluestone patio has table and chair seating for 8 and a gas grill for easy outdoor dining.
The trees that surround the back area make this house feel secluded even though the bike path to South Beach and Edgartown is just at the end of the street.
