Katama Pool Home

This Katama Compound has a contemporary open layout with deluxe features throughout the main house and carriage house.

In the main house, the living and dining areas are centered around the large mahogany deck that has outdoor furniture, a gas grill for easy dining, and a lovely view of the pool. The yard is surrounded by trees and mature plantings. There is plenty of room for a game of catch or to toss a frisbee.

The bright living area has a gas log fireplace, sectional seating, and a media center. The dining area, just off the kitchen, is surrounded by two walls of windows, including sliding glass doors that lead out to the deck, and has seating for ten.

The chef’s kitchen has been outfitted with commercial stainless appliances, granite counters, a separate wine refrigerator, and a large prep island/breakfast bar with seating for four.

This house features two primary suites, one on each floor. The first-floor primary has a private sliding door entrance to the back deck, bay window seating and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in closet, soaking tub, and glass shower. The second floor primary has similar features. There are two additional rooms on the second floor that share a bathroom, which may be accessed from each room.

The separate carriage house is above the garage and has an open sleeping area with a queen bed, living space with sofa seating, small fridge, and bathroom. Perfect for guests who desire a little extra privacy!

Step outside and enjoy summer living at its finest. Swim laps or lounge by the pool.

Conveniently located just 2.5 miles from South Beach and close to downtown Edgartown, this property offers privacy and proximity to everything you need.

Pool is 18 x 38 and the spa is 7 x 7.

Pool and spa are heated to 81 degrees in July and August and included in the rental fee.

Additional $250 heating charge for June and September weeks.
