The third floor features an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a twin bed with a trundle. There is also a family/TV room and half bath.

There is also a detached apartment over the garage available for an additional cost. The guest apartment has a private entrance, full kitchen and living room, bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom, washer and dryer, and a private deck set in the trees. The owners reside in the apartment from time to time. There is a nice open space between the two buildings. The owners are discreet and respect tenant privacy. You may only see them when they use the driveway. Please inquire.
